From August 11th- November 1st, you can take part in Disney's not-so-scary Halloween Party. When I went on September 22nd, I had the time of my life. I went with my daughter and grandkids. They enjoyed being able to see all the Disney Villans that were out, and being able to see the super cool decorations that they had scattered all around the park.
